Welcome to ASA Soccer Development Program

ASA Soccer Development Program is an organization that teaches the fundamentals of the game of soccer to elementary girls and boys (6-10year old) while also continuing to develop and enhance other life skills that connect with team sports.

While participating in our soccer program, you can expect:

Coaching in techniques of the game, including passing, dribbling, shooting, and other advanced skills held within a fun, challenging atmosphere.

In addition, to learning about the game we take care in building character in our players such as:

- Sportsmanship                      - Teamwork and creating unity

- Compassion to others            - Self-confidence                            

- Consideration for others         - Game strategies              

- Discipline and the value of commitment

- Finding the fun & creativity in the game

- Diversity-everyone is welcome to play and be a part of the team

Fall 2016 Schedule:

     6/7year old-Mondays at 5:45pm with Coach Allyson

     8-10year old-Mondays at 6:45pm with Coach Allyson

     6/7year old-Thursdays at 5:45pm with Coach Allyson

     8-10year old-Thursday at 6:45pm with Coach Allyson

WHEN DOES SEASON START?

Season Begins: Monday, September 12th, 2016

Season Ends: October 31st, 2016

*Every Monday for 8 consecutive weeks.

WHERE DO WE PRACTICE?

Edelweiss Park in College Station: 3900 Victoria Avenue, College Station

COST OF PROGRAM?

For 8weeks course once a week practice for 60mins is $75.00

Option to purchase a ASA Soccer Development T-shirt $15.00. Shirt order will be placed the first wee of season. Cash or check accepted. Checks make out to ASA Soccer

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

Days or times don't seem to work for you? Let us know if you have a request for a specific class time, age group, day, or location…if there is enough demand and a coach is available, we will do our best to meet your request!

Need a Bilingual Coach? This season we don't have any coaches that speak Spanish

What you bring to practice? A soccer ball and water. We provide the rest!

Welcome to ASA! I am so excited to start coaching your kids. I am a recent Master's Graduate from Texas A&M (Class of 2013). I completed my Bachelors degree at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where I played soccer for 3years. My freshmen year I played at Sam Houston State University. I have been involved in soccer all my life, whether playing or coaching young athletes. I live and breathe soccer, which is why I can't wait to share the passion of the game with your young athletes in a fun, encouraging, positive atmosphere. I have a great group of coaches comprised of former semi-professionals, collegiate, and other competitive club players. We are experienced and love coaching kids.
